2. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, technical specifications, and branding are the exclusive property of Renostics. Unauthorised use or reproduction of our proprietary acoustic designs is strictly prohibited.
3. Consultations & Quotes
All project quotes are based on initial spatial assessments and are valid for [x number of] days.
Final pricing is subject to change if the architectural scope or site conditions are altered after the initial calibration.
4. Acoustic Performance & Testing

The client is responsible for providing clear access to the installation site. Any structural modifications required for the integration of our acoustic doors or walls must be approved by a qualified site engineer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Renostics is responsible for the performance of our engineered systems as specified. We are not liable for pre-existing structural noise leaks or external environmental changes beyond the scope of our installed solutions.
7. Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through professional mediation or the appropriate legal channels within this jurisdiction.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to refine these terms to reflect our evolving technology and service standards. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
